- Purchases: name, contact details, delivery address and order details. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers; we do not see full card numbers.
- Technical data: cookies and usage data collected by the website platform (see section 7).
3. Why we use it
- To receive, review and use reports according to the privacy choice you selected (private, anonymous research data, or publication as a story).
- To answer your enquiries and provide services and products you ordered.
- To send updates, only if you asked for them.
- To operate, secure and improve the website, and to comply with the law.
4. Health information
Health information is used only for the purposes of the platform and according to your choice. It is never sold and never used for advertising or marketing. Identifying details are separated from medical details for analysis, and access is limited to people who need it.
5. Sharing
- With service providers who operate the website for us (for example Shopify, which hosts the site and may store information on servers outside Israel, including in Canada, the US and the EU).
- With a professional you asked to be connected with (for example, a lawyer), only with your consent.
- Anonymous, aggregated data may be shared with researchers.
- When required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal information.
6. Marketing messages
We send marketing messages only with your consent, as required by law. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe.
7. Cookies
The website uses cookies that are needed for it to work (for example, the shopping cart and language choice) and may use analytics cookies to understand site use. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
8. Retention and security
