1. About these terms

2. No medical advice

It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and does not replace a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Do not start, stop or change any treatment or medication based on the Site. In an emergency, call MDA 101 (in Israel) or your local emergency number.
3. Reports and content you submit
- You confirm that information you submit is true to the best of your knowledge, and that you are entitled to submit it. A report about another person may be submitted only with that person's consent, or by a parent or legal guardian.
- Your report is used according to the privacy choice you select, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Do not submit content that identifies other people without their consent, or content that is false, offensive, defamatory or unlawful. We may edit, decline or remove content at our discretion.
- A report shows that an event occurred after vaccination. It does not establish that a vaccine caused it, and VAX-SIN does not determine causation.
4. Research and information
We make reasonable efforts to present research accurately and to link to original sources, but we do not guarantee that the content is complete, current or error-free. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
5. Shop and third-party services
Purchases on the Site are subject to the Purchase, Cancellation & Returns Policy. Some services (for example, a consultation with a lawyer or a personal session) are provided by independent professionals, who are solely responsible for the services they provide.
6. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAX-SIN, its operators and contributors will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the Site or reliance on its content, including decisions about health, treatment or legal action. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory law, including consumer-protection law.

The Site's design, texts, logo and original content belong to VAX-SIN or its licensors. You may share links and quote short passages with attribution. Research articles belong to their authors and publishers.
